調查顯示55%受訪餐廳於聖誕及新年期間營業額下跌
戶戶送公布第4季「餐廳信心指數」調查的結果,發現香港的營商環境雖仍充滿挑戰,但餐廳的營業額及利潤均見增長。受訪餐廳對2019年第四季整體業績的滿意度平均為6.6/10,較第三季的平均分5.6/10上升1分。
調查發現,37%受訪餐廳表示2019年第四季營業額有所上升,較上季的29%高。然而,在最新的調查中,只有20%的受訪餐廳夥伴錄得利潤增長,原因是分別有49%、57%和43%的餐廳夥伴經歷營運、食材及人工成本上漲。儘管如此,34%餐廳稱其外賣收入有所增長,反映送餐業務持續推動香港餐廳的整體發展。
於過去的聖誕及新年期間,55%受訪餐廳的營業額按年下跌,其中堂食收入的跌幅遠大於外賣收入,61%餐廳表示堂食收入減少,而稱外賣收入下降的餐廳則有41%。消費者似乎於節日期間減少消費,在上述假期,只有17%餐廳的總營業額有所提升,同時有16%餐廳錄得外賣收入增長。
「餐廳信心指數」於2019年秋季首次推出,旨在幫助本地餐飲業了解市場趨勢,以創新的業務解決方案迅速應對經營上的各種挑戰。
