智昇集团控股(08370.HK)完成收购数据服务业务企业Polyqueue 已发行1.03亿股代价股份
格隆汇1月15日丨智昇集团控股(08370.HK)公布,有关收购Polyqueue Limited全部已发行股本。买卖协议项下的所有条件已达成,且完成并于2020年1月15日落实。根据买卖协议的条款,合共1.03亿股代价股份已于2020年1月15日按发行价每股代价股份0.24港元向卖方配发及发行。完成后,目标公司已成为公司的直接全资附属公司,故其财务业绩将于经扩大集团的财务报表中综合入账。
