国泰君安国际(01788.HK)建议供股,该股今早由八个月收市高位回落,曾一举跌破250天、20天及10天线(1.39元/1.41/1.46元),最低见1.36元,现造1.4元,回吐6%,成交急增至2,880万股,已创逾半年高,涉资4,006万元。
国泰君安国际公布,建议进行三供一,发行19.19-25.87亿股,供股价每股1.45元较昨天收市价折让2.68%,筹最多37.52亿元,所得款项将用作客户贷款与垫款、投资债务证券及还债等。
