亚马逊要求法院阻止微软执行美军云端合约
亚马逊将要求美国联邦法院暂时阻止微软执行总值100亿美元的美军云端合约,这是亚马逊较早前入禀法院挑战美国国防部合约批予微软的一部分。
根据法庭文件显示,微软原定於2月11日开始执行合约,但亚马逊将於本月24日提交禁令申请。
原先市场一直认为亚马逊将可赢得美国国防部的云端合约,不过盛传由於总统特朗普讨厌亚马逊行政总裁贝佐斯,故对国防部施加不当压力,最终令微软压过亚马逊夺得合约。
