传助沙特阿美上市投行促给予额外奖励费
《路透》引述消息报道,协助沙特阿美(Saudi Aramco)上市的投行正游说公司就上市工作给予额外奖励费(incentive fee)。消息指,由於沙特阿美未在国际上市,大部分参与承销的投行最终只获不足500万美元报酬。投行目前按条款提出有关要求,并指这有助银行承诺协助沙特阿美国际上市时出售更多股份。
消息没有提及投行要求的金额,但各投行的要求或有所不同。沙特阿美是次上市的联席全球协调人包括摩根大通、摩根士丹利、美银美林、花旗、瑞信、高盛、汇控(00005.HK)、沙特国家商业银行资本及沙特Samba金融集团。
