沃尔玛印度证实裁减当地56名行政人员 包括8名高层
《路透》报道,全球最大零售商沃尔玛印度分支行政总裁Krish Iyer表示,公司在当地裁减56名行政人员,当中包括8名高层。他否认媒体报道称公司拟在4月进行第二轮裁员。
印度《经济时报》早前引述消息报道,亏损的沃尔玛印度分支正处於危机,公司上周五(10日)宣布裁减当地总部三分之一高层,共计逾百人,当中包括采购、农业及快速消费品部分的副总裁。公司同时计划关闭其於印度最大物流中心孟买物流中心,同时暂停印度新店扩张计划,负责新店扩充的物业队伍亦已被解散。
