郵儲銀行(01658.HK)簽署募集資金專户存儲三方監管協議
格隆匯1月10日丨郵儲銀行(01658.HK)公佈,公司首次公開發行A股股票超額配售選擇權(或稱綠鞋)已於2020年1月8日全額行使,本行由此增加的募集資金總額約為42.67億元。
根據有關法律法規及《上海證券交易所上市公司募集資金管理辦法(2013年修訂)》要求,本行已與聯席保薦機構中國國際金融股份有限公司和中郵證券有限責任公司簽訂《募集資金專户存儲三方監管協議》,對本行及保薦機構的相關責任和義務進行了詳細約定。
