中核钛白(002145.SZ)：中证监决定恢复对公司可转债项目申请的审查
格隆汇1月10日丨中核钛白(002145.SZ)公布，公司于2019年4月12日向中国证监会报送了公开发行可转换公司债券(“可转债项目”)的申请文件，并于2019年4月19日收到《中国证监会行政许可申请受理单》(受理序号：190787号)。于2019年5月13日收到中国证监会出具的《中国证监会行政许可项目审查一次反馈意见通知书》，公司于2019年6月12日向中国证监会提交了反馈意见的回复。
由于本次公开发行可转换公司债券涉及的相关事项尚需落实解决，存在一定的不确定性。经审慎研究，公司于2019年6月20日向中国证监会提交了中止审核公司公开发行可转换公司债券申请材料的申请文件。2019年7月11日收到中国证监会出具的《中国证监会行政许可申请中止审查通知书》(190787号)，根据《中国证券监督管理委员会行政许可实施程序规定》第二十四条的有关规定，中国证监会同意公司中止审查申请。
鉴于前述待落实解决事项已经得到解决，公司已满足提交恢复审核申请的条件，公司于2019年12月向中国证监会报送了关于恢复审查公司本次可转债项目的申请文件。
2020年1月9日，公司收到中国证监会出具的《中国证监会行政许可申请恢复审查通知书》(190787号)，中国证监会认为公司上述申请符合恢复审查条件，根据《中国证券监督管理委员会行政许可实施程序规定》第二十三条的有关规定，决定恢复对公司本次可转债项目申请的审查。
