锦江资本(02006.HK)向母企持股企业出售两子公司
锦江资本(02006.HK)公布,全资附属公司旅馆投资作为卖方,与上海光缕签订交易合同,向对方出售西安公司及郑州公司,作价分别为7,519.3万元人民币(下同)及6,016.85万元。
西安公司主要从事住宿、预包装食品零售、小型餐馆等相关业务,於西安经营锦江之星酒店;而郑州公司则从事住宿服务、餐饮服务、日用百货的销售、航空客运票务代理、会议及展览策划等相关业务,於郑州经营锦江之星酒店。
公告指,买方上海光缕由集合资产管理计划持股99%,而公司控股股东锦江国际则在集合资产管理计划中持股46.67%。
