中國海外發展(00688.HK)12月斥86.63億元新增五幅土地
格隆匯1月8日丨中國海外發展(00688.HK)公佈,2019年12月,集團在西安、哈爾濱、鄭州、武漢和石家莊收購了五幅地塊,應占樓面面積合共約138.67萬平方米。集團就相關土地收購應付的土地出讓金約為人民幣86.63億元。
此外,2019年12月,中國海外宏洋(連同其附屬公司(統稱"中國海外宏洋集團"))於甘肅省蘭州市、江西省九江市和江蘇省鹽城市收購了三幅地塊,總應占樓面面積約52.66萬平方米。中國海外宏洋集團就有關收購土地應付的土地出讓金約為人民幣27.88億元。
