格隆汇1月8日丨东材科技(601208.SH)盘初高开直线拉涨停,现报5.63元,暂成交2813万元,最新总市值35.28亿元。东材科技拟金额5.56亿元收购胜通光科,扩大光学级聚酯基膜产能。收购胜通光科后可以快速整合市场优势资源,与胜通光科形成品牌与技术上的互补优势,快速占据光学基膜市场的主导地位。此前,公司前三季营收12.92亿元,净利润增长48.60%。据了解,此次净利大幅增长,是因为在光学膜材料行业,东材科技通过优化产品结构,销售规模稳步提升。
