據《上海證券報》報道,內地有關部門已研究明確2021年之後取消海上風電國家補貼。有業內人士認為,政策將以更加市場化的方式推動行業發展,也意味著海上風電平價時代即將到來。
市場上有觀點認為,此次調整是從過去以補貼政策主導走向市場競爭推動。隨著補貼形式調整,真正具有技術和規模化成本優勢的優質海上風機製造商將脫穎而出。平價對風機的成本控制提出了更高要求,而現有半直驅技術路線所具備的低製造成本和高發電量等優勢,有望在大功率機組技術路線的爭奪中逐步勝出。
