雅視光學(01120.HK)料年度虧損增逾1.3倍
格隆匯12月30日丨雅視光學(01120.HK)公佈,預期集團於截至2019年12月31日止年度將錄得大額虧損。與截至2018年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占虧損3830萬港元相比,預期截至2019年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占虧損將錄得不低於130%的增幅。
董事會認為該虧損增加主要由於以下事項:集團截至2018年12月31日止年度之虧損被其投資物業重估之公平值收益2030萬港元所抵銷。鑑於目前的物業市況及經參考截至2019年6月30日止期間錄得投資物業重估的公平值收益90萬港元,董事會預測不會就其投資物業重估錄得任何重大公平值收益;受中美貿易爭端影響,預計集團於美國市場的眼鏡業務營業額將大幅減少;及由於客户銷售訂單及產量預期大幅減少導致規模不經濟,集團盈利能力將受到不利影響。
