亿达中国(03639.HK)进一步延发末期股息
亿达中国(03639.HK)公布,公司一直致力改善下半年整体现金流状况,惟因中国民生面临的流动资金困难对集团财务状况造成的持续负面影响,公司无法扭转其财务状况,以及提供充足的现金资源派付末期股息。
因此,於12月3日公司订立一份贷款协议,中民嘉业同意向集团提供中民贷款以派付末期股息。贷款协议须待公司独立股东於股东特别大会上批准。获批准後公司将进行所需的汇款程序,并尽快安排派发末期股息。预计末期股息的派付将进一步推迟至2020年2月12日或前後。
