内地通过修改证券法 中资券商股受捧
内地通过修改证券法，内容包括全面推行注册制、取消发行审核审员会制度；发行股票由「具有持续盈利能力」改为「具有持续经营能力」，以及大幅简化公司发债条件，包括取消净资产金额的标准等，明年3月正式实施。沪指及深成今早轻微低开，在券商板块(个股全面升2.2%-10%)推动下，半日倒升0.9%及1.1%高收3,033及10,345。板块方面以券商及白酒表现最好，分别急升4.3%及3.5%；铁路基建、央视50、建筑材料及非银金融也升2.1%-2.7%。
内地AH券商股全面升3.6%-7.4%；中信证券(600030.SH)升幅最大半日收25.06元人民币，创逾八个月高；中信证券(06030.HK)也升5.9%报17.86元，同创逾八个月高。
海通证券(06837.HK)半日升4%收9.29元；银河证券(06881.HK)高见4.59元，半日半日续升2.9%报4.57元；华泰证券(06886.HK)半日续升3.3%报13.6元；光大证券(06178.HK)半日续升3.7%报6.37元，重越10天线之上。中信建设证券(06066.HK)半日升5%报6.85元；申万宏源(06806.HK)半日续升3.6%报2.33元。
招商证券(06099.HK)半日续升3.2%报10.08元；东方证券(03958.HK)半日续升4%报4.89元，重越10天线之上。国泰君安(02611.HK)高见13.74元，半日收13.66元，升2.4%。广发证券(01776.HK)半日续升3.2%报9.46元。中州证券(01375.HK)半日升4%报1.83元(刚为牛熊线)。
港股继上周五在金融及科技股带动回升1.3%後，今早在友邦(01299.HK)、内房及出口股推动下，半日高收续升178点或0.6%报28,403逾五个月高；国指半日涨0.6%收11,264。
