恆安國際(01044.HK)擬發行超短期融資券獲中國銀行間市場交易商協會通過 首批金額10億元
格隆匯12月26日丨恆安國際(01044.HK)公告,公司於2019年10月向中國銀行間市場交易商協會提交申請後,已收到協會發出就建議發行總額不超過人民幣30億元超短期融資券的接受註冊通知書(通知書文件號:中市協注[2019]SCP497號),獲告知超短融發行已在協會妥為註冊及於上述接納通知書日期起兩年有效期內,公司可分期發行超短融。首批超短融建議本金額預期將為人民幣10億元(金額將待臨近發行時由本公司作最終決定)。
