格隆匯12月24日丨晨鳴紙業(01812.HK)發佈公告,公司控股子公司黃岡晨鳴漿紙有限公司為滿足製漿造紙及配套環保項目建設的資金需要,擬與中國農業發展銀行黃岡市分行簽訂金額不超過人民幣120,000萬元、期限不超過12年、利率比照全國銀行間同業拆借中心浮動利率的借款合同,黃岡晨鳴以其部分土地使用權作為抵押。同時,武漢晨鳴漢陽紙業股份有限公司以其部分土地使用權及地上附着物為黃岡晨鳴本次項目貸款提供抵押擔保。
