沪杭甬(00576.HK)夥江苏宁沪(00177.HK)等收购土耳其公路51%
浙江沪杭甬(00576.HK)公布,与招商公路、安徽皖通高速(00995.HK)、四川成渝高速(00107.HK)及江苏宁沪高速(00177.HK)等组成财团,收购土耳其北马尔马拉环线高速公路及博斯普鲁斯第三跨海大桥的51%运营权,预期财团投资最多6.88亿美元(约53.6亿港元)。其中,公司出资1.2亿美元,持股17.5%;安徽皖通、四川成渝及江苏宁沪分别出资4,819.5万美元、4,819.5万美元及1.2亿美元,持股7%、7%及17.5%。
