格隆匯12月23日丨賢能集團(01730.HK)發佈公告,集團已通過公開招標重新中標1557 Keppel Road物業的租約,這將使LHN Properties 在現有租約於2019年12月31日到期後可繼續其於1557 Keppel Road物業的空間優化業務,作為其一般及日常業務過程的一部分。2019年10月14日,新加坡土地管理局將1557 Keppel Road物業的租約授予公司間接全資附屬公司LHN Properties。2019年12月23日,LHN Properties(作為租户)與新加坡政府(經由新加坡土地管理局)(作為業主)訂立租賃協議,據此,LHN Properties將向新加坡政府租賃1557 Keppel Road物業。

披露顯示,該物業為位於1557 Keppel Road Singapore 089066的TS 23的國有土地694X (PT)、 98650T (PT)、98651A (PT)、98653N (PT)及99183X (PT)地段所包含的所有土地。建築面積96,299.05平方尺(即8,946.4平方米),樓宇包括兩棟四層高樓宇及一棟帶夾層的三層高樓宇,設有35個停車位的停車場。

公告表示,LHN Properties目前是1557 Keppel Road 物業的租户,目前的租約將於2019年12月31日屆滿。該物業是公司空間優化業務物業組合中的商業物業之一。該物業的停車位亦在設施管理業務下管理及營運。1557 Keppel Road 物業位於新加坡中央商業區附近。該物業包括一幢由辦公空間組成的三層主樓、一個倉庫及由辦公空間組成的兩幢獨立四層樓宇,亦包括35個停車位。LHN Properties目前將該物業單位分租予其租户,作為其日常業務的一部分。

就重新中標1557 Keppel Road物業簽訂租賃協議使集團能夠繼續進行其空間優化業務,這是其於該物業進行的日常業務的一部分。董事會認為,收購1557 Keppel Road物業的使用權資產可使公司在上述地點繼續進行其空間優化業務併產生收入。
