内地拟大幅度提高证券违法成本
全国人大常委会法制工作委员会立法规划室主任岳仲明提及证券法修订草案四次审议稿主要内容时表示,修改工作突出强调投资者权益保护,特别是中小投资者权益保护这一主线。从改革证券发行制度、规范证券交易行为、强化信息披露要求、加大投资者保护力度、健全多层次资本市场体系、大幅度提高证券违法成本等方面对修订草案进行修改完善。
国务院依据全国人大常委会的授权决定,积极开展股票发行注册制改革,目前相关改革措施已在上交所科创板成功落地并平稳运行。
