中国铁建(01186.HK)四附属债转股 共引资110亿人民币
中国铁建(01186.HK)公布,建议为4家全资子公司引入八名投资者,包括太平人寿、诚通工银基金、交银投资、光大金瓯、中银资产、农银投资、建信投资及鑫麦穗投资,增资金额共计110亿人民币。所得款项拟用於清债银行贷款等债务,公司资产负债率预计由78.43%降至约77.36%。
完成後,公司将分别持有中铁十一局、中铁建设、铁建投资及昆仑投资81.62%、85.64%、87.34%及70.77%股权。
