传Uber拟售印度外卖派递业务
多间外媒引述科技新闻媒体《Tech Crunch》报道,召车服务企业优步(Uber)计划向印度外卖派递服务初创Zomato出售其於印度的外卖派递服务Uber Eats India,作价4亿美元,同时拟入股Zomato,投资额1.5亿至2亿美元。
另外,《洛杉矶时报》报道,优步联合创办人Travis Kalanick本月出售3.5亿美元优步股份,自上月6日上市股东禁售期结束後,Kalanick已累售逾21亿美元优步股份。他目前仍持有优步股份,仅占其财富约五分一。另一联合创办人Garrett Camp亦出售3,500万美元优步股份。
