報道指海爾智家(600690.SH)目標明年下半年在港上市
《路透》引述兩名知情人士報道,內地家電製造商海爾正計劃行重大重組,目標明年下半年將在上海證券交易所上市的海爾智家(600690.SH)赴港上市,並會私有化在聯交所上市的海爾電器(01169.HK)。
據指,海爾有意簡化海外業務,已委聘財務顧問處理重組事宜,惟有關計劃尚在初步階段,需要監管機構批核。
