太睿國際控股(01010.HK)控股股東有意向中財資本集團出售4.5%股權
格隆匯12月8日丨太睿國際控股(01010.HK)發佈公告,2019年12月7日,Glory Genius International Holdings Limited(“Glory Genius”,持有公司43.49%股權)通知公司其正與中財資本集團有限公司商討。Glory Genius有意向中財出售1514.6421萬股股份,約佔公司已發行股本的4.5%。
經Glory Genius告知,中財是公司及Glory Genius的獨立人士。如該建議出售實現及完成,Glory Genius將持有1.31246349億股股份而中財將持有1514.6421萬股股份。
