第七大道(00797.HK)擬攜手中泰創匯投資遊戲及遊戲相關行業
格隆匯12月6日丨第七大道(00797.HK)宣佈，於2019年12月6日，公司與中泰創匯訂立一份框架合作協議，根據框架合作協議，合約雙方計劃以互惠互利為原則進行深度合作，合作事項主要包括：
(1)合作設立投資主體
合約雙方同意在遊戲及遊戲相關行業開展投資合作，通過設立投資基金或項目公司等方式設立投資主體。該投資主體將投資於網絡遊戲研發、發行及遊戲雲服務相關的業務及項目。如該等投資主體最終切實完成，中泰創匯將自行或促使其合作方出資不低於1.50億美元或等值其他貨幣。
(2)資本市場合作
中泰創匯將利用其自身優勢，協助促成公司未來於資本市場完成預計金額不低於1.50億美元或等值其他貨幣融資。
如上述兩項合作中任意一項在實質上已經落實，為推進合作事項的實施，中泰創匯或其指定的合作方有權提名相關領域兩名適格人士擔任公司董事的董事人選(唯正式委任公司董事受限於公司董事會批准)。
中泰創匯是一間依照中華人民共和國法律成立及存續的有限公司。中泰創匯主要從事股權投資、投資管理及投資諮詢業務，並在中國證券投資基金業協會完成備案。中泰創匯的主要投資領域包括文化娛樂行業、科技、媒體及電訊行業等具備強勁增長潛力的行業。
董事會認為，中泰創匯在文化娛樂行業、科技、媒體及電訊行業等行業股權投資及投資管理方面擁有豐富的經驗，並能通過自身資源及渠道，發現具有增長潛力的投資目標，以及為公司引薦優質的潛在投資者。董事會進一步認為，與中泰創匯的合作能夠充分發揮中泰創匯及公司在自身領域的優勢，為公司及其股東創造價值。
