上海实业(00363.HK)与控股股东订合伙协议投资新兴产业
上海实业控股(00363.HK)公布,旗下上实绿色管理(拥有 30%权益)、上实管理(全资附属)与星河数码(控股股东上实集团透过附属持有10%)及上海再担保(上实集团间接 拥有60%)订立合伙协议。
据此,成立合伙企业以成立基金,以股权投资方式投资於战略新兴产业,如新能源、环保能源及新材料。所有合伙人向合伙企业缴付之总出资额为1.9亿元人民币。
成立合伙企业须待中国政府相关机构批准後,方可作实。
