兴证国际(06058.HK)就保证金贷款作减值拨备1.64亿元
兴证国际(06058.HK)公布,由於11月证券市场持续下跌,导致公司部分保证金融资客户帐户风险敞口扩大,公司在定期审查客户保证金帐户组合及财务状况後,根据减值管理办法及预期信用损失模型,就相关保证金贷款作出减值拨备1.64亿元。
公司指,目前经营管理情况一切正常,财务状况稳健,流动性充裕。公司将持续跟踪监测相关帐户情况,积极采取各种有效措施,切实维护公司及投资者利益,并及时披露相关後续进展情况。同时也将进一步加强集团内控及风险管理,完善内控制度体系建设,强化制度执行,切实提高内控及风险管理水准。
