侨雄国际(00381.HK):独家认购人向公司发出认购债券承诺确认函
格隆汇12月5日丨侨雄国际(00381.HK)公布,2019年12月3日,独家认购人向公司发出承诺确认函,独家认购人承诺其将于确认函日期后七个工作天内,向公司支付不少于港币200万元作为不可退还的订金;债券本金额其余部分港币4.98亿元按以下方式支付:30%即港币1.494亿元于确认函日期起1个月内支付;30%即港币1.494亿元于确认函日期起2个月内支付;及40%即港币1.992亿元于确认函日期起3个月内支付。
