大新银行(02356.HK)料中小企信贷质素有机会下降
大新银行(02356.HK)银行产品部总经理及主管邓子健透露,预计明年首季中小企信贷质素将会持平或小幅下降,若公司信贷质素欠佳,亦会阻碍该行批出贷款的进度。早前政府放宽按揭成数,邓子健表示是10月底起有见贷款申请个案增加,目前数目持平。今年下半年整体私人贷款亦大致持平。
该行公布推出支援中小商户的贷款计划,内容包括最快两天开户及收款服务优惠,商户提供最近六个月的信用卡收单纪录便可申请「快应钱」贷款,贷款额最高100万元。
