該行預計越秀地產今明兩年合約銷售可以每年18%的幅度增長,至2020年合約銷售可達800億元人民幣,同時料毛利率於2019年至2021年下降,拖累2018年至2021年之盈利複合增長率至僅得8%,主要因為配股予廣州地鐵攤薄了每股盈利。
