建業實業(00216.HK)中期純利跌63.49%至1.37億港元
格隆匯11月27日丨建業實業(00216.HK)發佈,截至2019年9月30日止中期,公司持續經營業務實現收入3.75億港元,同比減少68.35%;毛利2.64億港元,同比減少58.99%;公司擁有人應占溢利1.37億港元,同比減少63.49%;基本每股盈利0.25港元。
收入下跌,主要由於來自漢國集團中國大陸發展項目的物業銷售減少所致,其中名為寶翠園的廣州項目已完成,差不多所有單位已於過往年度交付予客户。溢利減少,主要原因為於2019年9月30日投資物業重估時之公平值收益減少。
