中遠海運港口(01199.HK)擬出售中遠海運港口(阿布扎比)33.335%股權
格隆匯11月26日丨中遠海運港口(01199.HK)發佈公告，2019年11月26日，公司、公司全資附屬公司中遠海運港口(阿布扎比)有限公司與青島港國際發展(香港)有限公司訂立股份轉讓協議，據此，公司已同意出售且青港國際發展已同意以5927.603萬美元的對價購買中遠海運港口(阿布扎比)的6,667股股份(代表中遠海運港口(阿布扎比)33.335%股權)。基於該出售，協議各方並在簽約日簽署一份股東協議，該協議將於交割之日生效。
於公告日期，中遠海運港口(阿布扎比)直接及通過信託持股方式合共持有CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal L.L.C.(“阿布扎比碼頭”)90%股權，餘下10%股權由一獨立第三方持有。該出售完成後，公司與青港國際發展將通過中遠海運港口(阿布扎比)分別間接持有阿布扎比碼頭約60%及約30%股權。
公告表示，公司一直以來致力於發展碼頭業務，阿布扎比碼頭是公司在中東地區的第一個控股碼頭，體現了公司積極打造全球碼頭網絡的戰略佈局。青港國際發展具有豐富港口經營管理經驗及人才儲備，通過該出售，將進一步提高阿布扎比碼頭的運營效率、提升該碼頭在中東地區的業務競爭力，為航運公司提供更高效、更優質的港口服務。同時，公司相信該出售有利於雙方充分發揮各自優勢、拓展港口延伸業務及深化雙方長遠在碼頭業務的戰略合作。
