IDG能源投資(00650.HK)進軍新出行服務行業 尋求多領域和多樣化的回報
格隆匯11月25日丨IDG能源投資(00650.HK)宣佈，於2019年11月15日，其全資附屬公司Triple Talent Limited(“Triple Talent”)與Weipin (Cayman) Holding Limited(“目標公司”)及其聯屬人訂立一系列協議，據此，Triple Talent已同意認購目標公司的若干股份(佔相關認購完成後目標公司股本總額的35%)。交易總投資約人民幣2億元，交易完成後，公司已成為目標公司的控股股東。重組完成後，目標公司將成為出行服務平台業務的控股公司。
出行服務平台將是公司重點發展的業務之一，公司期望密切參與此新業務的營運及監督，以確保其商業發展、業績穩健，並通過目標公司與公司在能源行業的專長和戰略合作伙伴的支持，共同創造協同價值。
在中國，新出行服務行業是一個增長迅速且發展潛力較大的市場，交易量超過人民幣3000億元，預期於2022年將達到人民幣5000億元。目前每年乘車訂單量超過100億單。
出行服務平台管理着成數萬司機及車輛，向滴滴等網約車公司提供出行服務。目標公司致力於解決消費者及相關監管機構改善出行服務質量及提高安全性的需求。目標公司將從由其提供的每次出行服務賺取的車費(GMV)中抽取一定比例分成，並通過有效的司機和車隊管理來創造價值。
IDG能源投資執行董事兼總裁劉知海先生表示：“出行服務平台是優質的投資機遇，能為公司拓寬收入來源併為股東帶來最大化的投資回報。本交易將令公司抓住新出行行業的發展機遇並提高資金使用率。此外，公司亦能為目標公司車隊優化燃料成本。”
