康師傅控股(00322.HK)與頂正續簽供應協議以購買軟塑料包裝材料及塑料產品
格隆匯11月21日丨康師傅控股(00322.HK)發佈公告,2019年11月21日,公司與頂正訂立供應協議,以使集團繼續從頂正及其附屬公司(為“該供應商”)購買軟塑料包裝材料及塑料產品,年期為截至2022年12月31日止三個財政年度。
公告表示,該供應商已向集團供應頂正產品多年。該等產品用於包裝集團產品,屬集團日常營運。由於公司與頂正訂立的2016年協議將於2019年12月31日屆滿,訂立供應協議使集團能繼續從該供應商購買頂正產品。
