里昂:升海螺水泥(0914.HK)目標價至59.74港元 評級“買入”
里昂發表報告指,第四季度水泥價格表現好於預期,尤其中部及東部個別地區價格受惠於季節性因素及削減供應,定價策略亦有助表現,東部水泥價格改變幅度高於水泥熟料,相信可防止水泥熟料於淡季價格波動過高的情況出現,致企業較容易管理水泥價格前景。
該行上調海螺水泥(00914.HK)今年全年盈測1.6%,2020年及2021年亦分別上調3.9%及1.7%,目標價自58.8港元上調至59.74港元,評級維持“買入”併為行業首選。
