《新股消息》市傳阿里巴巴(09988.HK)國際配售提早截飛 公開發售超購逾2.7倍
多間本地傳媒報道,將於今日(20日)截止招股的阿里巴巴(09988.HK)孖展額累計達87.5億元,以公開發售部份集資額23.5億元計,相關部份已至少超購2.7倍。《路透》昨日亦引述消息指,國際配售部份已提早於美國時間週二中午12時截飛,較原訂時間表提早半日,由於市場反應吸引。
《信報》亦引述聯交所指,第二上市之同股不同權公司暫未納入「港股通」。至於阿里是次豁免提供招股書,《蘋果日報》引述證監會表示,理解阿里的保薦人已有措施確保投資者有渠道獲得招股詳情,故同意批出豁免,又指是次豁免反映印刷招股書的條例有需要作檢討,促港交所尋求持份者意見後制定相關政策。
