李克强:推进南水北调後续工程等重大水利建设 拉动有效投资
据《中国政府网》报道,国务院总理李克强主持召开南水北调後续工程工作会议时表示,推进南水北调後续工程建设,进一步打通长江流域向北方调水的通道,有助於提高水资源支撑经济社会发展能力,优化国家中长期发展战略格局,也有利於应对当前经济下行压力、拉动有效投资,稳定经济增长和增加就业。
他指出,要按照南水北调工程总体规划,完善实施方案,抓紧前期工作,适时推进东、中线後续工程建设,并开展南水北调西线工程规划方案比选论证等前期工作。
推进南水北调後续工程等重大水利项目建设,要创新筹资、建设、运营、管理等机制,引导金融机构加大中长期贷款支持;要研究改革水价政策,完善差别化阶梯水价等。
