中證監全面推開H股「全流通」改革
中證監公布,全面推開H股「全流通」改革,並會將按照「成熟一家、推出一家」的原則推進。H股「全流通」涉及的單H股公司境內未上市股份存量不大,相當於香港聯交所上市股份總市值的不足7%。
「全流通」申請經核准後,相關公司境內未上市股份可轉為H股在香港聯交所上市流通。根據技術系統開發進度,相關H股公司境內股東增持公司香港流通股份的功能尚未上線運行,將待技術系統開發完善後按程序開通。
下一步,中國證監會將繼續認真貫徹「放管服」改革要求,不斷完善境外上市監管規則制度安排,更好支持企業和實體經濟發展。
