格隆汇11月15日丨金螳螂(002081.SZ)公布,公司于2019年11月15日召开了第六届董事会第一次临时会议,审议通过了《关于向激励对象授予预留限制性股票的议案》,董事会认为公司2018年限制性股票激励计划规定的限制性股票预留部分的授予条件已经成就,同意确定以2019年11月15日为限制性股票预留部分的授予日,以4.01元/股的授予价格授予14名激励对象800万股预留限制性股票。
