亚马逊拟挑战美国防部云合约批予微软决定
美电商巨擘亚马逊向美国联邦索赔法院(Court of Federal Claims)送达通知,计划就美国国防部决定向微软批出100亿美元云服务合约提出抗议。
《CNBC》报道,亚马逊认为美国国防部联合企业防御基建(Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure, JEDI)云服务合约的审批过程存在明显缺陷、错误和偏见,有关问题被检视及修正非常重要。
美国总统特朗普早前称收到企业就合约审批过程的投诉,指合约条款有利亚马逊。美国国防部8月宣布检视该份合约。
