新鸿基公司(00086.HK)发行3.5亿美元新票据
新鸿基公司(00086.HK)公布,以现金购买由Sun Hung Kai & Co. (BVI) Limited发行以及由公司无条件及不可撤回地担保於2021年到期之3.62亿美元4.75%有担保票据;以及於2022年到期之5.5亿美元4.65%有担保票据。
另外,公司根据30亿美元的有担保中期票据计划由发行人发行以及由本公司担保於2024年到期之3.5亿美元5.75%有担保票据。发行人估计发行新票据之所得款项净额将为约3.485亿美元,拟将用於收购要约之结算。
