雲銅股份(00033.HK):主席對破產呈請提出強烈抗辯
雲銅股份(00033.HK)公布,獲公司主席兼執行董事張軍知會,接獲中民國際資本有限公司(呈請人)針對彼於香港高等法院發出之破產呈請。
根據呈請,呈請人向張女士索償約2,680萬美元之款項。張軍表示,並未作出破產令及法律程序仍正在進行中,認為有充分理據抗辯索償,並已對呈請提出強烈抗辯。
