建业实业(00216.HK)发盈警,预期截至2019年9月30日止六个月的综合溢利将录得按年减少超过50%,主要是由於公司拥有68.09%权益之附属公司汉国置业(00160.HK)於中国内地发展项目之物业销售收入减少及集团投资物业的公平值收益受到近期社会动荡导致香港房地产市场普遍向下调整而减少。另外,自2019年7月以来,由於访港旅客减少,公司酒店物业的入住率有所下跌。
