MI能源(01555.HK)委任梅黎明為執行董事兼首席執行官
格隆匯11月11日丨MI能源(01555.HK)公告,(i)梅黎明已獲委任為公司執行董事兼首席執行官,自2019年11月11日起生效;(ii)李鐵峯已獲委任為首席財務官,自2019年7月11日起生效;及(iii)張殿峯已獲委任為公司首席運營官,自2019年11月11日起生效。
董事會亦宣佈:(a)自2019年11月11日起,執行董事張芮霖(前稱張瑞霖)已辭任公司首席執行官;及(b)王雄已辭任公司執行董事兼聯席副主席,自2019年11月11日起生效。
