越秀地產(00123.HK)10月合同銷售跌45%至44.34億元
格隆匯11月8日丨越秀地產(00123.HK)公佈,2019年10月,公司實現合同銷售(連同合營公司項目的合同銷售)金額約為人民幣44.34億元,同比下降約45%,實現合同銷售面積約為20.26萬平方米,同比下降約39%。
2019年1月至10月,公司累計合同銷售金額約人民幣524.89億元,同比上升約20%,累計合同銷售面積約243.94萬平方米,同比上升約18%。累計合同銷售金額約佔二○一九年合同銷售目標人民幣680億元的77%。
2019年10月,公司通過向母公司廣州越秀收購股權的方式取得廣州市一幅地塊51%的實際權益。該地塊毗鄰地鐵6號線香雪站,僅相隔600米,為黃浦區核心地區的僅有大面積地塊,總建築面積為935,795平方米。該地塊規劃用途為居住用地。代表公司實際權益的土地價款約為人民幣48.67億元。
2019年10月,公司通過向母公司廣州越秀收購股權的方式取得廣州市一幅地塊51%的實際權益。該地塊位於地鐵22號線陳頭崗站東面,為番禺區罕有大面積純住宅房地產開發項目,總建築面積為876,741平方米。該地塊規劃用途為居住用地。代表公司實際權益的土地價款約為人民幣40.18億元。
