郭家耀: 港股料戰28,000阻力 內地手遊規管未算嚴苛
正榮金融業務部副總裁郭家耀稱，美股周四(7日)走勢向好，中國商務部公布中美雙方同意分階段取消加徵關稅，提振市場氣氛，三大指數均創收市新高。美元表現靠穩，美國十年期債息回升至1.91厘水平，油價走勢亦向好，金價受避險情緒降溫影響而持續下滑。港股預託證券變動不大，預料大市早段溫和高開。內地股市走勢反覆，滬綜指繼續窄幅波動，滬深兩市成交額減少至3,989億元人民幣，顯示市場觀望氣氛濃厚。
港股先跌後回升，主要受中美貿易談判消息主導，尾市傳出雙方達成首階段協議，大市以接近高位收市，成交易略為增加。貿易談判消息利好，外圍走勢向上，有助港股進一步挑戰28,000點阻力，下方支持在27,400點水平。
另國家新聞出版署日前發布《關於防止未成年人沉迷網絡遊戲的通知》，要求網絡遊戲賬號嚴格執行實名註冊，所有網絡遊戲用戶均須使用有效身份方可進行遊戲賬號註冊。當局規定每日晚上10時至翌日早上8時，不得為未成年人士提供遊戲服務。至於其他時段，法定假日每天不得超過3小時，平日則每天不准超過1.5小時。
當局同時規範課金額度，規定網絡遊戲企業不得為未滿8歲的用戶提供遊戲付費服務。8歲至未滿16歲的用戶，在同一遊戲企業的單次增值金額不得超過50元人民幣(下同)，每月增值金額最多累計200元；16歲以上的未成年用戶，單次增值金額最多100元，每月充值金額累計上限為400元。加強未成年玩家的監管早已傳出，落實的條文未算嚴苛，對手遊業影響未算太大，股價負面反應預料不多。
