郭家耀: 港股料战28,000阻力 内地手游规管未算严苛
正荣金融业务部副总裁郭家耀称，美股周四(7日)走势向好，中国商务部公布中美双方同意分阶段取消加徵关税，提振市场气氛，三大指数均创收市新高。美元表现靠稳，美国十年期债息回升至1.91厘水平，油价走势亦向好，金价受避险情绪降温影响而持续下滑。港股预托证券变动不大，预料大市早段温和高开。内地股市走势反覆，沪综指继续窄幅波动，沪深两市成交额减少至3,989亿元人民币，显示市场观望气氛浓厚。
港股先跌後回升，主要受中美贸易谈判消息主导，尾市传出双方达成首阶段协议，大市以接近高位收市，成交易略为增加。贸易谈判消息利好，外围走势向上，有助港股进一步挑战28,000点阻力，下方支持在27,400点水平。
另国家新闻出版署日前发布《关於防止未成年人沉迷网络游戏的通知》，要求网络游戏账号严格执行实名注册，所有网络游戏用户均须使用有效身份方可进行游戏账号注册。当局规定每日晚上10时至翌日早上8时，不得为未成年人士提供游戏服务。至於其他时段，法定假日每天不得超过3小时，平日则每天不准超过1.5小时。
当局同时规范课金额度，规定网络游戏企业不得为未满8岁的用户提供游戏付费服务。8岁至未满16岁的用户，在同一游戏企业的单次增值金额不得超过50元人民币(下同)，每月增值金额最多累计200元；16岁以上的未成年用户，单次增值金额最多100元，每月充值金额累计上限为400元。加强未成年玩家的监管早已传出，落实的条文未算严苛，对手游业影响未算太大，股价负面反应预料不多。
