郭家耀: 港股料战27,800阻力 阿里业绩胜预期 港IPO惹憧憬
正荣金融业务部副总裁郭家耀称，美股周二(5日)个别发展，中美贸易谈判续有进展，道指再创历史新高，收市高位略有回吐，三大指数升跌不一。美元走势回稳，美国十年期债息回升至1.85厘水平，避险情绪降温，金价走势持续受压。港股预托证券个别发展，预料大市早段缺乏方向。内地股市走势向好，中美贸易谈判前景乐观，人行突然下调中期借贷便利利率，提振大市气氛。沪综指高开高走，一度重上3,000点水平，收市升幅略为收窄，沪深两市成交额增加至4,815亿元人民币。
港股继续跟随外围向好，指数再创近月新高水平，大市成交亦保持活跃。外围走势保持平稳，宏观经济消息亦有利大市发展，预料指数有机会挑战27,800点阻力，下方支持在27,200点水平。
另阿里巴巴日前发布最新季绩，上季收入及非通用会计准则盈利均按年上升四成，分别录得1,190亿元人民币(下同)及328亿元，优於市场预期。虽然内地经济放缓，但阿里核心电商业务维持高速增长。占集团收入逾八成的核心商业业务收入按年上升40%至1,012亿元，当中中国零售商业业务收入按年亦录得四成增长。
新用户方面，阿里中国零售市场年度活跃消费者上季净增1,900万至6.93亿户，移动月活跃用户较6月底净增3,000万至7.85亿户，反映电商继续从传统零售市场抢占市场份额。三线城市以下地区当季贡献阿里七成新增用户，年度消费超过万元的用户升至1.3亿户。云业务方面，收入按年上升64%至92.9亿元，物流业务菜鸟收入按年增长48%，本地生活服务收入按年增长36%。
阿里未来将聚焦三大方向，包括通过改善用户体验提高用户黏性及支出，通过数字经济体内的协同效应改善营运效率，以及较为进取地再投资具战略意义业务。阿里业绩表现强劲，据报即将来港挂牌，预料将有助提振大市交投及气氛。
