传贝恩资本、KKR及CVC资本拟参与收购乐游科技(01089.HK)
据《彭博通讯社》报道,贝恩资本(Bain Capital)、KKR及CVC资本寻求收购在港上市的游戏开发商乐游科技控股(01089.HK),消息人士指他们参与了次轮的竞投,乐游科技亦正与投行讨论潜在的融资选择,而公司亦吸引到其他游戏企业的兴趣。
乐游於9月时公布正与潜在投资者就交易进行初步讨论,或有机会现控股权易手的情况,据悉交易现时仍在讨论中,未有最终决定,而公司仍可决定是否继续寻求相关交易,惟贝恩资本KKR及CVC资本的代表均拒绝评论,而乐游的代表则未有作出回应。
