富力地產(2777.HK)領內房股普漲 10月銷售數據陸續公佈
格隆匯11月5日丨多家房企10月銷售數據已先後公佈,今早港股市場內房股普漲,其中,富力地產和時代中國控股漲近3%,世茂房地產、中海外發展和旭輝控股漲超2%,中駿集團、綠城中國、禹洲地產、融信中國和保利置業漲幅超1%,中國恆大一度漲1.5%。已公佈的數據顯示,時代中國控股10月銷售額87.37億元,同比升63.92%;世茂房地產10月合約銷售額約232.4億元,同比增53%;中國恆大10月銷售金額903.0億元,環比增8.7%,同比增70.2%,繼上月之後再度刷新集團單月合約銷售金額的歷史記錄;富力地產10月銷售額140.8億元,同比增62%,環比增24%。
